These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the website accessible at bitkingz-aussie.com (the "Website") and your use of all products and services offered through this Website. By accessing, browsing, registering an account or otherwise using the Website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms as updated from time to time. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026.

- Operator: Dama N.V., a limited liability company (N.V.) incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, registration number 152125, with registered office at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, and, where relevant for payment processing, its affiliated company Strukin Ltd incorporated in Cyprus. References in these Terms to "we", "us", and "our" mean the Operator.
- Website: The online gambling platform operated by the Operator and made available at bitkingz-aussie.com, including all sub-domains, mobile versions, applications, and related services, together with any content, software, databases, and tools made available on or through it. For review and informational purposes, the project may be referred to as "Bit Kingz", which is limited to the context of this Website.
- User / Player / you: Any natural person who accesses the Website and/or creates and uses a player account on the Website for the purpose of participating in the gambling Services.
- Account / Player Account: A personal account opened and maintained by a User on the Website for the purpose of accessing the Services, holding funds, placing Bets, claiming Bonuses, and managing personal information and preferences.
- Services: All online gambling and related services offered on or through the Website, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, promotional offers, account management tools and customer support.

- Payment Processor: Any third-party entity, including Strukin Ltd in Cyprus, engaged by the Operator to process deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks and other payment transactions on behalf of the Operator.
- Responsible Gambling Tools: Any functionality made available on the Website to help you manage your gambling activity, such as deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion measures.
- ACMA: The Australian Communications and Media Authority, which is responsible, among other functions, for enforcement against certain offshore gambling websites targeting Australian residents.
- Business Day: Any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the jurisdiction of the Operator.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements

KYC and Identity Verification
- Verification documents: At registration, prior to any withdrawal, upon cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceeding internal thresholds, or at any time we deem necessary, we may request KYC documents including, without limitation:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card or driver licence);
- Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement or government letter);

- Any other documentation reasonably required to verify your identity, source of funds or compliance with applicable laws.

- Failure to verify: If you fail to provide requested KYC documents, provide falsified documents, or otherwise fail our due diligence checks, we may suspend or close your Account, cancel Bets, void Bonuses and, subject to applicable law, withhold or return funds.
User Obligations
- Password security: You must keep your login credentials (username, password, two-factor authentication details) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
- Account usage: You may use your Account solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not allow any other person to use your Account, and you must not use the Account on behalf of another person.
- Prohibited activities: You must not engage in fraud, collusion, money laundering, terrorist financing, arbitrage betting based on system errors, or any behaviour that manipulates or seeks to exploit vulnerabilities in the Games or Website.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Funding your Account: You may place Bets only using funds that are legitimately deposited into your Account or awarded as Bonuses in accordance with these Terms.
- Minimum and maximum Bets: Each Game may have its own minimum and maximum Bet limits as displayed in the Game interface. You must observe these limits and are solely responsible for checking them before placing a Bet.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted only once it has been processed and registered on our servers. The transaction record in our system shall be conclusive evidence of the details and outcome of each Bet.
- Game rules: Each Game is subject to specific rules and paytables provided within the Game client or on the Website. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the relevant Game rules.
Modification, Cancellation and Errors
- No unilateral cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted and recorded on our servers, you cannot cancel or modify it. Any attempt to do so via technical manipulation or other means is prohibited.
- Obvious or manifest errors: In the event of any manifest error in odds, paytables, Bet settlement, Game configuration or system malfunction that affects a Bet or Game outcome, we reserve the right to:
- Invalidate the affected Bet(s) and void any resulting winnings;
- Restore your Account to the balance it had prior to the error; and/or
- Correct the error and re-settle the Bet(s) on the correct terms, where reasonably possible.
- Disconnection and technical failures: If your session is interrupted due to a technical failure or loss of internet connection, the outcome of any completed Bet will stand as recorded on our servers. For incomplete Games, the rules of the specific Game and our internal procedures (which may include automatic completion by the system) will apply.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Interactions
- Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, other players and staff in all live casino environments and chat functions. Abusive, threatening, harassing, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibition of collusion and unfair play: Any form of collusion, card counting in live casino where not permitted, use of bots, automated play tools or other forms of unfair advantage is prohibited. We may suspend or close Accounts and void Bets if we suspect such behaviour.
- Chat content: You may not use chats to promote other websites or services, solicit funds, distribute spam or share illegal content. We may monitor and moderate chat activity and may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Separate terms: All Bonuses offered on the Website are governed by these Terms and any specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Rules") communicated in connection with the relevant promotion (e.g., on the promotion page, banner or email). In the event of a conflict, the specific Bonus Rules shall prevail.
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be limited to specific Users, regions, payment methods or time periods. The Operator may, at its sole discretion, grant, modify or withdraw any Bonus offer without prior notice, subject to existing contractual commitments.
- Abuse prevention: The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any Bonus and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to suspect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multiple account registration, contrived betting patterns, or exploitation of obvious errors.
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation: To activate a deposit Bonus, you may be required to:
- Enter a Bonus code during deposit;
- Meet a specified minimum deposit amount; and/or
- Comply with any other conditions stated in the Bonus Rules.
- Wagering: Unless otherwise stated in the Bonus Rules:
- Bonus funds and, where applicable, deposit amounts linked to a Bonus must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 30x - 50x) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
- Only eligible Games contribute towards wagering, and different Games may contribute at different rates (e.g., slots 100%, table games and live casino 0 - 20% or as specified).

Prohibited Games and Actions
- Game restrictions: Certain Games or categories (e.g., some jackpots, live dealer tables, low-risk bets on roulette or baccarat) may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may contribute at a reduced percentage. Such exclusions will be set out in the Bonus Rules or on the Website.
- Betting patterns: The following, without limitation, may be deemed Bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings:
- Placing single Bets or series of Bets with a disproportionately high stake relative to the Bonus or deposit amount (e.g., exceeding a maximum Bet limit stated in the Bonus Rules);
- Reducing stake size after a significant win to complete wagering with minimal risk ("low-risk" wagering);

Combining Promotions and Other Restrictions
- Non-cumulative promotions: Unless explicitly permitted in the Bonus Rules, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may be in play at any given time for an Account, and claiming a new Bonus may result in the automatic forfeiture of an existing one.
- Withdrawal before completion of wagering: If you request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance before fulfilling the wagering requirements attached to a Bonus, we may, at our discretion, cancel the Bonus and associated winnings before processing the withdrawal.

Deposit Methods and Processing

Withdrawals
- General conditions: You may request withdrawals from the Real Money Balance of your Account, subject to:
- Successful completion of all applicable KYC and due diligence checks;
- Compliance with Bonus wagering requirements and other conditions; and
- Compliance with minimum and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to your chosen method.
- Processing times: We aim to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, within 24 - 72 hours on Business Days). Actual receipt of funds will depend on the payment method and third-party providers and may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, e-wallets, crypto networks or verification processes.
- Withdrawal methods: Wherever reasonably possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method and to the same account used for deposits. We may, at our discretion, offer alternative methods when this is not possible.
Fees, Currency and Chargebacks

Limitation of Liability

- Maximum compensation: Where our liability is not lawfully excluded, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the greater of:

Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

- You have breached these Terms, any Bonus Rules or any applicable law or regulation;

User-Initiated Closure

Consequences of Termination
- Funds handling: Upon closure of your Account (whether by you or by us), we will, subject to KYC, legal obligations and any rights of set-off, pay out any remaining Real Money Balance to you via an appropriate payment method. Dispute Resolution

- Court jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, any dispute that is not resolved through ADR shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
